Ring Camera not recording

Still not recording I only get a ding but have no clue what happening same as the one that records it gets bits n pieces n cloudy n nights not clear at all

Hi @user31670. Can you please share which model of Ring Doorbell or Camera you have? You can find the model name on the original packaging and on the Device Health page in the Ring app. It would also be helpful if you can share an example of a recording that is not clear.

Our camera for the front door will stop recording motion for up to 3 hours intervals throughout the day. Wifi is still on motion sensitivity is maxed out
