Ring bulb flickering and not responding in app

It’s at max brightness and flickering so badly it gave me a migraine in the five minutes I spent trying to resolve the issue. I trying rebooting it, cutting power to it entirely. When I look at the app it says all is well, but I can’t turn it on or off, or adjust brightness. So all is definitely not well. Had to turn off the switch which basically shuts down half my security light setup. Anyone have any solutions or have experienced this?
