No matter what i try it will not connect, then the guy at rig gives up on me and tells me im out of luck buy a new unit. I just got this a few weeks ago. Keeps asking os the blue light is flashing after my phone it connects to it via wifi.

Interestingly enough I have the exact same issue. I am also located in Cayman - not sure if that is a coincidence.
Same issue here in Canada.
It worked for a week and stopped.
No way to reconnect.
Having guest over in a totally dark backyard.
This product shouldn’t be on the market
