Ring Bridge Only connecting to 3 of my 6 solar lights and does not keep the connection. I’ve called in factory reset each device, reconnected and updated all firmware.
Hey there, @chasewill! Good job calling in, as our support team will always have a solution for you. After resetting, reconnecting, and updating your devices, the Smart Lights should remain online and connected to your Ring Bridge. As some of your Solar Lights are working, this is a great sign that your Bridge and Ring app are working to setup and connect these devices.
Try manually charging the other 3 devices in questions, and keep them nearby the Bridge for testing. If these still do not come online or operate as intended, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
