Ring Bridge Not working - upgraded wi-fi

Just upgraded my Verizon wi-fi. Trying to reset my Ring Bridge without any success. Set up Chime - nothing. Try to join a Ring network (since my new network does not show up) - nothing. Am at a loss.

Hi @user70267. Try factory resetting your Ring Bridge by pressing and holding the reset button on it for 15-20 seconds, then try connecting it to your wifi. You also want to make sure you have a 2.4 GHz signal active on your new network.
