Ring app notifications have stopped

My chyme on my phone it is not working. I would like to let me know when something is going on. Anything out is fine. Thank you

Hi @user41529. If the notifications from your Ring device have stopped, try the following steps:

  • Verify your Ring app and phone are up-to-date with the latest updates.

  • Verify you have Ring alerts and Motion alerts toggled on in your Doorbell settings.
