Ring app not recognizing echo devices during mailbox sensor setup

I’m trying to setup a new mailbox sensor and as I go through the setup process, once I get through the screen where it asks what bridge\hub I plan to connect it to, it comes up with a screen that tells me to set up an Alexa device. I have more than one type of echo device in my house and both are set up. What am I missing here?

Hi @user72670. Not every Echo device is capable of being a Ring Bridge. The Echo (4th Gen) and Echo Show 10 (3rd Gen) both have a built-in Ring Smart Lighting Bridge. If you have a different Echo, it will not have a built-in Ring Bridge. You can learn more here.
