Ring app not downloading

Hi

I’ve tried to download the ring app onto my iPhone 11 and it just won’t. The circle in the App Store just spins. Any ideas?

Odd. Have you tried basic troubleshooting like like shutting down the phone and restarting? Have you made sure you have enough memory for the app? Is your iOS up to date? Some apps seem to take a minute or two to fully download and then install. Did you wait long enough?
