Installed my new Ring 2 Doorbell and installed the Ring app and the Rapid Ring app, as I have heard it worth having it as it a bit more responsive. However I am now getting Motion and Ring alerts from both apps on my Phone.
Should I turn off the normal Ring App alerts? If I do that will I lose any important notifications from the Ring App, such as low battery level etc?

Yes, if you disable the motion and ring alerts from the regular Ring App, you will only receive them from the Rapid Ring App. You won’t miss out on any important notifications by doing this, and it will prevent you from receiving duplicate notifications. You can toggle the ring and motion alerts off on the device profile page in the Ring App. I hope that helps!
