Everytime I open the Ring app it takes me to the Neighbors screen for my area. This is annoying since if I’m opening the app I want to see my doorbell camera first. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
Hi @mgd. Have you downloaded both the Ring App and the Neighbors App? If you have both downloaded, you’ll want to make sure you’re opening the Ring App rather than the Neighbors App. Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone to clear the cache, and reinstalling the Ring App. This typically resolves concerns like the one you’re experiencing. If it doesn’t, can you please share a screen recording showing what happens when you first launch the Ring App so that I can have my team take a look?
When attaching this video, you will need to compress the MP4 file into a ZIP file, as ZIP files can be attached to your reply and not MP4s. In addition, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply.
That solution didn’t work for me. Any other solutions?
