Ring and Echo Show Bug

Hello I think I have found a bug.

I have 3 X Ring Video Doorbell 2020 Release and 2 X Echo show 5 all on the the most up to date firmware/software.

When the door bell is pressed the Echo show announces the call however when the “Mic” button is pressed it doesn’t not enable the audio to be sent to the ring device, if I initiate the call from the echo show via the smart home feature its works fine.

I have attempted turning the skills on and off many times, and reset all 5 devices to factory reset and the same behaviour continues to present. I have tried both these trouble shooting technics multiple times.

We’ve escalated this issue up to our teams here, and since we were unable to reproduce it on our end with multiple devices, we’d recommend contacting Amazon’s Echo Show support directly for a proper follow up and troubleshooting on this.
