What speeds should we be getting when connected to the Ring Alarm Pro cellular backup internet? I am seeing some horrible latency issues, it is pretty much unusable.
Hi @r6kmb. The cellular data used in the backup internet is provided by a third party carrier, so the coverage and speeds will vary. @Caitlyn_Ring I understand the speeds may vary, but is this a throttled connection? The Ring app shows it is using ATT and in my area, ATT has far faster speeds.
I contacted Ring support on this, and they have not been able to help at all.
