Ring account owner change

I bought a Ring doorbell for my father but set it up with my information as the account owner. How to I transfer ownership to my father? It won’t let me register his email as the account owner. I already removed his email from the account user list but it says his email is already associated with the account when I try to change the owner from me to him.

Hi @Tonyblaze. To change ownership of the Ring device, you can simply go in the Ring app and change your email. This Help Center article here will show you this process. Alternatively, you can remove the device from your account, and then set it up under the correct email. I hope this helps!
