My back door camera will only record and show black and white the front door camera shows color
Hi @Robertograham. If there is not sufficient lighting in the Ring’s view, the night vision will activate which is the black and white video you’re referring to. If there is good lighting in the Ring’s view and it’s still recording in black and white, then you may want to try performing a reset on it. To reset it, you’ll want to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s complete, set your Ring back up in the Ring App via the steps under Set Up a Device. You can then monitor your Ring to ensure the recordings are in color during the day with sufficient lighting.
