Ring gen 2 stopped working today this morning working fine but stopped working at 13:20 this afternoon looked on app and says healthy device battery more than half full also tried to reset the ring but won’t let me do that either
Hi @Pontymillers86. What seems to be the issue with your Ring Video Doorbell Gen 2? If it is Live View related, this Community Article here has some great tips and tricks. I would also check the RSSI in the Device Health section of your app. If it is -50 or below, you could be experiencing network issues. I hope this information helps!
