Rind door bell disonnects from wifi

Hi in the last week our ring door bell disonnects from wifi every day or so .Ive rebboted router reconnected wifi booster still no good taken it off wall to reconnect by pushing button on the back nothing battery at 93%
It only connects when it is plugged into mains its been working fine up until this week any ideas please

I am having exactly the same problem since about a week. My device is about a year old. Only way is to try and call the helpline, customer service.

Hi neighbors. Other then rebooting your router, try the following steps as well for your concern:

  • Verify your Doorbell has good signal strength.

  • Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
