Can you retrieve videos without subscription? I have one now
I have a subscription now can I retrieve videos from last night.
Hi @Rhodes500. Whenever there is a lapse in coverage of Ring Protect Plan, any previously stored videos are removed and inaccessible. In addition, any events that happened during a time of no plan coverage are not stored and inaccessible. Once you have an active recording, any future videos will be recorded and accessible, but old ones will be gone.
