Reset password

I’m not able to reset my password, the reset mail does not arrive in my mailbox. Now i’m not able to login to my doorbell account. I’ve tried several times to resend the mail. (even checked the spam.)

I have no idea if the following question is relevant to your situation, however:

Have you EVER changed the email address you provided to Ring?

In my experience, the new email address will only be used for certain purposes. Thus, multiple types of email messages will continue to be sent to the OLD email address long after the email address change. This is obviously a problem for many reasons.
