My original Ring doorbell has some issues so I have bought a newer replacement. How can I remove the old doorbell and add the new doorbell to my Protect Basic plan?
Hi @PeterHUK. You’ll find information on removing the Ring device here. For your Ring Protect Plan, you can manage that on Ring.com. You’ll cancel your old plan and subscribe to a new one. You will receive a prorated refund based on the amount of time used.
