replaced ring 3, how to swap my plan?

my ring 3 was playing up so got a replacement

now installed and removed the old from app but the new now has given me 30day trial and ive already paid for a years plan

how do i swap the plan over?

Once this trial is up, your existing plan should take over where it left off. If it does not, our support team can help make sure your plan is in order. on my replacement device and still its misses motion

i just opened the door and had a chat… nothing on the history and tried all extra settings and frequenency

things is pretty bad it what its supposed to do
