I have a Chime pro that stopped working. Support sent me a replacement. When I set up the new it, it added like a new product so I now see 2 Chile Pro’s (the old shows not connected, and new one). I can’t find a way to remove the old one from the app, as it doesn’t power up to connect to kale removal an option in the app. (Device general settings doesn’t work when device isn’t connected). Is there another way to remove the old Chime Pro?
Hi @Jbuck387! You’ve definitely followed the right steps to accomplish this. The device settings > general settings > remove device option should work whether it is online or offline. If this is not working, please try to remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device. I hope this helps!
