Remove previous owner

Hi,

I have a wired doorbell and two indoor cameras registered in my ex-wife’s name. She has left the country and no longer lives in the house. She is unable to remove them from her account now as she cannot receive an SMS in order to log in. How can I re-register these devices in my name. I’m currently paying for a new plan but I can’t connect my doorbell to it as it’s shared with me but not registered to myself as the primary account.
