I have good quality virgin internet and have noticed that a few times a day there is almost exactly each time 15mins of footage not available to view back, the wifi is very good so i dont think that is the problem. Tried reinstalling - no joy, please help!
Hey @JOHNKEMP68. Maybe your router is doing a reboot/updates during these times? I know that some cable companies have daily or weekly maintenance that can be schedules at times of the day which could be causing this. Additionally, there could be no activity for the device to report at this time.
Thank you, I do not think it is this as other devices are continuing to work with no interruptions at the points that the ring is showing the problem.
