Refunds on Defective Equipment

I just had the worst experience with the customer support department. After the customer support employee wouldn’t help me, he refused to transfer me to his manager. There is also no way to contact corporate by phone call or email to speak to someone who handles complaints of incompetent employees. Based on my experience of using Ring for the past 7 months, I firmly believe that Ring has no intention of serving the customers that keep the lights on. I’ve been trying for hours to get through to someone, but have had no luck. This company is outright corrupt!
