Refund for protection plan

I recently purchased ring protection plan for the whole house $100/year. However two weeks ago I also purchased ring protection plan for ring doorbell 30/yr. can I canceled this and get reimbursed partially bc it was just one month purchased? Thanks

Good question @Chau21! You will be given a prorated refund for any amount left over from your Plus annual plan. Keep in mind, there will be no refunds issued for monthly plans.

The new Basic plan will be charged immediately and you will start a new billing cycle. Of course, this is if you are doing such on the same Ring account for the same location. Check out our help center article about changing Protect Plans for more information.
