Recordings Have Stopped On 2nd Changed Device

I needed to change my Pro DoorBell 2 as the first one after 3 Months was faulty, when I input my 2nd one, I was assured by the chat line that this would carry on, but obviously after 28 Days it stopped recording, even though I paid a year Subscription on the first one, how do I get this back on to record recordings as before, who can help me get this back online…
