Recording subscription inactive message?

Hello Ring team I have recieved a message saying ‘recording subscription inactive’, what does this mean?

The same thing is happening to me.

I’m a fairly new user. When the 30 days were up, I subscribed and had limited videos. Then nothing “you are not subscribed”. I checked my credit card activity. No charge from Ring. Subscribed again. Rinse and repeat. The third time I rescanned all the devices and they were good for a few days. Today “recording subscription inactive” . I checked my credit card, no pmt ever cleared. This is rediculous.
