I changed my wifi password and now I’m trying to reconnect my chimes. Things go well until I get to the part where I’m to connect the (Chime Pro) device to use with RING. I cannot get beyond that point. I push and push the “CONNECT” button; but, it never connects or advances.
Hi @Katie54. Are you entering in your new wifi password? If you’re trying to reconnect it using the previous credentials, it will not work. I’d suggest running a new setup by following the steps under Set Up a Device. When you get to the point where you are connecting the Chime Pro to wifi, make sure you do not choose to use the previously remembered network.
