Reconnecting devices after a change in my wifi password

I changed my wifi password and now I'm trying to reconnect my chimes. Things go well until I get to the part where I'm to connect the (Chime Pro) device to use with RING. I cannot get beyond that point. I push and push the "CONNECT" button; but, it never connects or advances.
