Reactivating protection plan

I purchased the Ring 1 doorbell and a protection plan,my Ring 1 had to be replaced,so I replaced it with the Ring 3 activated the Ring 3 with the same account how can I add my protection plan to the ring 3 it is not showing in my account?

Hi @CHunter. You will need to cancel the old plan and then resubscribe to a new plan! You can learn more about how to cancel your old plan here. :slight_smile:
