I recently deactivated my account, not realizing it would not allow me to access video—I thought it was more for a backup; so I reactivated my acct—is there an easy to reset up my cameras sing they were already in your system?
Hi @Susan3. In order to reactivate your account, you will need to set up your devices again. To do this, you will login the Ring app and select Set Up a Device. Then follow the on screen prompts to finish the setup. Let me know if you have any other questions!
