I tried adding Z-wave range extender to my ring app but it keeps telling me that ‘Device already in system’, but it’s not in the system. I also try doing it manually to no avail. I have also reset the device but still no luck.
Hi @ayo. I would check and make sure that the QR code on the back of the Range Extender is the same as what can be seen in the Ring app. If they are different, you may have added a different Range Extender. The Range Extender will automatically start to pair once it has been plugged in. Let me know what you find, or share some screenshots of what you are seeing in the Ring app so the Community can best help you.
