I was in a chat session with a Ring support chap called Chris L. He helped solve an issue I had with a preview tile. He solved the problem, but I had to leave the chat to check the camera, now I can’t get back to tell him it’s now OK, and to say thank you. I can only hope he’s on here and sees this. Thanks Chris!
