Someone drive by my house and called out an inappropriate name. I was out front and saw it, but apparently is was right out of the range to pick it up on video. Is there a way to go back and look for cars driving by my house on a certain date and time in my ring history? I pay for the annual video subscription.
Hi @cynlane. Any events that were captured by your Doorbell will be in the Event History log, as the Doorbell 2 is designed to record for up to 30 seconds for every ding or motion event. You will also see recordings for your Live Views in the Event History log. Anything that occurs outside of these recordings is not recorded and is unable to be viewed at a later date. Please keep in mind that a Ring Protect subscription is required to vide previously recorded events, which you can learn more about here. I hope that helps clear things up!
