Hi, I have had a ring doorbell and basic protection plan for months. Last month Ring kindly replaced my water damaged bell under warrants. I now keep getting emails saying that my protection plan expired today? Do I now have to re apply for the protection plan?
Hi @Smithm99! As long as you’ve removed the old Doorbell off of your account, and are using the same Ring account your subscription should carry over automatically. You can check plan information by logging in on Ring.com from a web browser, and visiting the My Plans section. If you do not see this automatically carrying over, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
