So I have a ring door bell and I recently have bought a security camera will my basic plan cover this or will I have to buy the protection plus, I have paid for the full year of the basic plan so wondering if I am entitled to some sort of discount for the protection plus?
Hi @user65573. The Basic Plan is per Ring device, so you would have to add an additional Basic Plan to your new Camera. If you plan on adding more Cameras than the two you have now, then it would be worth upgrading to the Plus Plan.
