This is my first year with ring and then all of sudden I go online to see a past video. I get a message that I cannot access any of my video’s due to the fact that I no longer have a protection plan. Seems the card they had on file for me was expired but Ring never contacted me ask for an updated credit card nor did they contact for a renewal. They just deleted all my saved video’s with no contact. I went online renewed my protection plan thinking I would get it back but they have no way to restore it. Their customer service(of course from India and you can’t understand them) basically said I was out of luck and nothing they can do about it. Total flaw in their system but they don’t care.
