Protection for solar panel wires installed on roof?
The wires on our 2 solar panels have been "attacked"and severed by birds. Phone support say we have to buy replacement panels at £50 a time!. Now looking for ideas to protect wire at back of solar panel situated on the roof. Any ideas would be welcome.

thanks for getting back to me. We have found some electrical trunking which we will try. My husband has joined one of the leads with a connector which we hope will “save” one of the panels. The other one the crows have tried to pull the wire out of the back of the panel so can’t join it. We will run it on the battery for now and see how it goes.
