Protect Plans


Since 3 to 4 days I can’t connect to My Plans. Nor subscribe / buy a protect plan

I have bought a new camera and I want to subscribe to a yearly plan.

Please inform me, if there are som central problems.


The web pages for My Plan and Account do not load in Firefox or Chrome browsers for me either.

I cleared cache, cookies, etc. and restarted the computer.

I also tried on another computer.

Have you tried buying your protection plan using the app on your phone?

in the app is written that I can’t subscribe via the app, soo…

Funny - 1 year ago it could subscribe for my first camera, but now…

I’ll try Safari :wink:


it did work in Safari on my Apple computer.
