PROTECT PLAN ISSUE

hello we have just bought and installed a new video doorbell. on the old video door bell we had a payment plan but for some reason this hasnt transferred to the new door bell? can you help

Hey @JEF407. You will need to cancel your old plan, and once this is cancelled, sign up for a new plan for the new Doorbell.
