Protect plan credit card

Hello. bought a floodlight cam in November. and signed me up on a basic protect plan after my trial period in dec 2020. already have a video doorbell pro since earlier with the same plan. anyone know why I was charged for double basic plans now in May again? both plans should run at different time intervals. the first unit was purchased on the first of May 2020 ..F from Sweden

They can pull up your account and take a look as well as make sure that your plan is properly in place and you aren't being double charged.
