Protect plan amendments

I’ve just received a replacement doorbell (the previous one just “died”!) . How do I move my Protect plan from the old (useless) device to the new one please?

I know this is possible because I did it when I upgraded from my old version 1 bell.

Hi @essenby. Your Ring Protect plan should automatically carry over to your new Doorbell. If it doesn’t, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They’ll be able to make sure your plan is properly in place.
