Hello, we already had one device on a protect basic plan (started Dec19) and have just added an additional two (Oct20), however, it states that these will renew in line with our first plan in December, I assumed we received 12 months from Oct20 for the newer devices? I don’t want to pay now and again in December - can anyone advise? Thank you Donna
Hi @Donna24. If you already have a preexisting Ring Protect Plan, and you are adding more, they will all be billed on the same day. The way we do this is by charging you a prorated amount for the first month based on the amount of time left in the billing cycle. After that, all of your Ring Protect Plans will be billed on the same day. I hope this helps!
