problems with subscription to basic protection plan

I want to suscribe to basic protection plan. No problem setting the credit card but once logged the page does not allow me to select the device.

Hi @dab. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies, and then restarting your browser and see if the website then allows you to subscribe? If you are still having no luck, please reach out to our support team at 1-800-656-1918 for them to help you subscribe over the phone.

I restarted my laptop but I’m still not be able to find the location. The video doorbell is not placed in USA but in South America. However, it saved perfectly all the movements during the 30-day free trial.

I’ll call the 1-800 customer care in the following days.
