Problems with doorbell after power outage

We have a Video Doorbell (1st Gen) that is hard wired to electricity. Today we had a power outage for about an hour. When the power came back on I began getting almost constant motion detection alerts and every time I tap the device from my dashboard in the app I get the pop up asking me if my Battery is draining too fast and to adjust settings.

I have not touched the motion settings. I check the health of the device - the battery is 100%. I have turned off and back on the toggle for Motion Detection as well as alerts. The problem persists. I shifted the motion sensitivity all the way to MIN with no resolve.

I am debating removing the device and doing a hard reset but wanted to check here first.

Hi. Is your system working again? Seems like the hard reset would be a reasonable next step.
