Problems reporting stolen camera

Has anybody successfully reported a stolen camera to Ring? I have tried filling out the form on both the app and the website, on multiple browsers, and after filling everything out, hitting the Submit button does nothing. No error message, no success message, nothing. I’ve chatted with support and called support, and that does nothing as well.

Yes, I was using that page to report the theft. As I said in the original post, I have chatted with support and called them, and they both suggested that page also, which is the original page I was using to report the theft.

After another phone call to support, they suggested that I try submitting the theft report without attaching the police report. I did so, and the theft report went through successfully. I then received an email from Ring asking me to reply to that email with the police report attached. I did so, and received an autoreply saying “blah blah Covid blah blah we don’t monitor this email address, please contact support blah blah”
