Problem with newly bought chime pro

If you’re receiving a message that the Chime Pro is already set up when you try to set it up for the first time, I’d suggest returning it to the store it was originally purchased from. With the proof of purchase you have, you should be able to return it or exchange it, as you should not receive that message when you’re setting the Chime Pro up for the first time.
