I am a new tenant of a rental unit. The previous tenant installed a ring doorbell. How do I remove the previous tenant from the ring doorbell and set it up where I can use it?
Hey @mrizzitiello. Have you tried to set the Doorbell up in the Ring App? The previous tenant should have removed it from the account so you can set it up. If you’ve tried to set it up already and have received a message that the device is still associated with an account, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers availablehere.
