poor technical support

Bought an indoor camera that was working except it would send me a banner notification of movement.

Since I wanted sound like on my doorbell I called tech support

He had me uninstall the app turn off the phone and reinstall again

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS I JUDT READ IT DIES NOT OFFER A SOUND ALERT IT IS A NOTIFICATION INLY

NOW I CANT LOG Into the new app I downloaded it lets me login one time once I sign out it then tells me my login credentials are invalid and asked me to get a new password which I do and the same thing happens over and over again I have reset my password 10 times and the layout does not show me how to do live viewing at my vacation home which has a doorbell with live view AND sound anymore I have no sound no talking to anyone as there is no live with the new App he had me install

Tech support has tied me up for 3 hours and I have no access to either house and no fix

help .

On the phone now with tech support have been 3 hours with 2 techs. One Level 2 fixed it

and now another problem came up with VERY delayed lag time reporting a movement and he said to uninstall the ap and I told him I was nervous about doing that as that is what started the problems with logging in 2 days ago.

He said it would be ok if I remembered my passwordwhich I had written down.

Now same problem wasted an hour already. He can log into my account using a Ring password but I can’t. HELP
