Hi @noneofyourbusiness4. If you’re referring to the Live View not activating, I’d suggest reviewing our Community Post on Live View concerns here. It will list some common causes for the Live View not working as well as some solutions. I’d also recommend checking the RSSI on the Device Health page to ensure that your Doorbell is getting a good signal. You can read more about RSSI and how it works here. I hope that information helps!
