PIN code not accepted after wifi change

Hi. I’m trying to set up my ring doorbell after a wifi change. Everything goes well until I’m asked for the 5 digit PIN. I have the PIN from beneath the QR code on the door chime but every time I enter it I receive error message that thr PIN is incorrect. Please could someone advise?

Hi @Lynn.pvw. I would confirm you are entering the correct PIN from the device. Also, try performing a reset of the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing it.
